Need help with your Coliving Awards project submission? Find here all information you need to submit your project and keep track of its status in 5 easy steps.
Step 1

Update Your Account Settings

Make sure to update your applicant profile (via Account Settings tab) before submitting your application(s). Each project you submit from your account, will be connected to your profile.
Under Profile Tab, you can manage:
  • Your first name & last name
  • Your email address
  • Your password
Under Account Tab, fill out the following:
  • Company description
  • Company website & LinkedIn profile
  • Your position, profession & industry sector
  • Billing detatils

Step 2

Choose Category and Submit Your Project

Visit the Submit Project page and choose the category you would like to participate in to learn more and start the application process.
To complete the submission form, you will need to provide the following information:
  • Your email address
  • Name of the project
  • Name of the company
  • Project description with the highlights of your project
  • A high-resolution logo of the project or company in .SVG or .PNG
  • A project banner image in .JPG or .PNG
  • A ZIP file containing additional images related to the project
  • A presentation that aligns with the specified criteria

Check Your Submission(s) Status

Find all your submissions and their status here. If you've submitted multiple entries, remember to purchase additional submissions separately.

Would you like to Submit Multiple Projects?

By signing up you have already purchased your first submission. Would you like to submit more than one project? Make sure to purchase your additional submissions by visiting our Multiple Submissions page.
Information on multiple submissions:
  • Follow our step-by-step guide on how to pay for additional submissions
  • Submit multiple projects across various categories or submit multiple projects in the same category
  • Only the first submission will be reviewed if additional fees aren't paid for multiple entries.

Await Eligibility Check

Our team will review your submission to make sure it complies with all required criteria, answers all evaluation questions accordingly and includes all required deliverables. You can keep track of the status of your submission here.
