Applications for Coliving Awards 2025 are scheduled to open on 17th February 2025 at 12:00 CET. If you wish to prepare for the next edition, our jury will need a comprehensive presentation of your work/project in English. We will collect the submission via our website, please make sure you have a vector logo of your brand, high resolution photos and/or other visuals ready prior to submission opening and read all necessary information in the application guide.

Coliving Awards launched its first edition in 2021, with the final ceremony held on May 6th in Paris, France. The second edition followed in June 2022 in Katowice, Poland. In 2023 with its third edition, Coliving Awards became an official part of the inaugural Coliving Conference, with the ceremony taking place on September 22nd in Amsterdam. The 2024 edition was successfully hosted in Amsterdam once again, with the final ceremony held on September 25th, the opening day of the Coliving Conference.

Looking ahead to 2025, Coliving Awards will take place in Barcelona on October 15th as part of the Coliving Conference's third edition, bringing the industry together for another milestone event. Stay tuned for more details!

The first application tier will launch on 17th February 2025, until then you can start preparing your submission. Our jury will need a comprehensive presentation of your work/project in English. We will collect the submission via our website, please make sure you have a vector logo of your brand, high resolution photos and/or other visuals ready prior to submission opening. You can review all the criteria, download the Application Guidelines (which will be available soon) and start preparing the presentation using the provided presentation template (available soon), all of those you can find on the Categories page. If you have some questions before then, our team is here to support you. The final deadline for submitting will be on 30th June 2025, 6:00 PM CEST.

The call for entries for the Coliving Awards 2025 starts on 17th February 2025. The deadline for final submissions is 4th July 2025. Within that time there are four submission tiers with different deadlines and fees: Early Bird - deadline: 17th March 2025 11:59 AM CET, Normal Submissions - deadline: 12th of May 2025 11:59 AM CET, Late Submissions - deadline: 11th of June 2025 12:00 PM CET and Last Minute Submissions - deadline: 30th of June 2025 6:00 PM CEST.

Please note: The deadline refers to the date of submitting your project to the portal, not the date of signing up / purchasing your application. Remember to submit your project before the end of the tier to make sure it is accepted.

The criteria are defined individually for each Award category. You can find the criteria that apply to your category on the Categories page. Make sure that your application contains all the necessary deliverables for your category. The specific deliverables can be found also in the Categories page and each category Application Guide.

Submitted projects are evaluated in three phases: Eligibility (1), Evaluation by a Lead Judge (2) and Jury Panel & Public Voting (3).

Phase 1

In phase one, all applications will be reviewed by our internal team to make sure that all criteria are being met. During the eligibility phase our team will not judge or give a specific score to your application. We will simply make sure that the specific set of criteria are well represented in the deliverables from each applicant.

Phase 2

After our team reviews the applications for eligibility, our lead judge will evaluate all eligible presentations from his / her own category for phase two. According to the criteria checklist and required answers to respective questions, our lead judge will give a score for each application, which will result in the selection of maximum 4 finalists and 1 or more honourable mentions.

Phase 3

Further evaluation by the whole jury panel will also be based on the set criteria and respective questions, and our wider jury panel will be responsible for nominating the winners of each category, alongside the public vote and the previous scores from each jury member. The public vote will be processed on Linkedin, giving the voice to our followers and wider community.

The final result is calculated as follows: the lead judge has 35% ruling, followed by 35% ruling from audience LinkedIn voting and 30% ruling from industry relevance stance by the jury panel. The winners will be announced and awarded during the Coliving Awards ceremony.

According to the public vote and thanks to a very strict evaluation procedure, we allow all Coliving Awards collaborators, including founding partners, partners and sponsors to submit their project to Coliving Awards. The judging process was designed in a way to provide the highest level of transparency, with a three stage ruling from the category lead judge, jury panel and public vote.

In this edition, Coliving Awards 2025:

- Our Venture Manager, Coliving Ventures, will not be applying to the Coliving Awards.

- Our Founding Partner, Spatial Experience will not be applying to the Coliving Awards.

- Our sister company and main Media Partner, Coliving Insights, will also not be applying to the awards.

- Our Sponsors will be allowed to apply to the awards.

- In the case of any submissions that were done in collaboration with a company and/or the product of a Lead Judge is associated with, the Jury Panel will make the final decision on nomination eligibility.

- Our Media Partners, Event Partners and other organisations in our wider ecosystem will be allowed to participate in the Coliving Awards.

The evaluation procedure for projects submitted by Coliving Awards founding partners and sponsors is the same as for any other submitted project. The exception is for the project submitted by a person / company, whose representative is the Lead Judge of the category applying for. Then the nomination of the project must be validated by the Jury Panel.

By participating in Coliving Awards, you have a chance to establish yourself as an acknowledged innovator and contributor to the growth and evolution of the colving sector. The winner will be announced during the final ceremony and will receive a unique Coliving Award prize with a Certificate of Authenticity. The award package goes beyond the prize itself. The winning projects will be featured on our communication channels such as websites and social media. The winning projects will also be showcased during the Coliving Awards Ceremony, celebrated this 15th October 2025 as part of the programme of the international Coliving Conference.

Yes, it is also possible to participate in more than one category or submit multiple projects for the same category.

The application portal (“My Portal”) allows you to submit multiple projects, however please note that by signing up to My Portal you are only purchasing your first project submission. To purchase multiple submissions you can click the multiple submission tab on MyPortal. Any further submissions during every stage will be charged separately: 99 euro (ex. VAT) - if submitted from 17/24/2025 to 17/03/2025 (Early Bird Application), 149 euro (ex. VAT) - if submitted from 17/03/2025 to 12/05/2025 (Normal Application), 199 euro (ex. VAT) - if submitted from 12/05/2025 to 11/06/2025 (Late Application) or 249 euro (ex. VAT) - if submitted from 11/06/2025 to 30/06/2025 (Last Minute Application). Feel free to get in touch with us to notify us as soon as you have submitted multiple projects. Only after successful payment will the additional submissions be taken into further evaluation.

The submission date refers to the date of submitting your project to the portal, not registering to the portal. Remember to submit your project before the end of the tier to make sure it is accepted.

Yes, it is possible to resubmit your project. The resubmission of the project is considered as a new submission and therefore additional charges may apply. Please contact us if you would like to resubmit your project.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Make sure that, before clicking the ‘submit’ button, your application includes all the necessary information and deliverables to meet the criteria for the project category.

The communication processes regarding the project will ensure that all participating companies are included in an inclusive manner, and the announcement of the results at the Coliving Awards Ceremony and other forms of Coliving Awards' official communication channels, will acknowledge the contributions of all companies involved in the awarded projects.

By default, the winning project will be presented with one physical award and one certificate. However, if the winning party wishes to receive additional physical awards or certificates, they may make a request at an extra cost.

The lead judges will complete the evaluation process at the beginning of August 2025. Finalists and Honourable Mentions will be announced from the 18th of August until the 21st of August, 2025. If your project has been nominated, you will also receive an email with further instructions on how to promote your project for the public voting. First of all, congratulations! If you have not gotten yourself a ticket for the Coliving Awards ceremony yet, this might be the best moment to do so. More information will be available as the date comes near, but if you cannot wait any longer you can already purchase your ticket to attend the Coliving Conference - which grants you access to the official Coliving Awards Ceremony.

All nominated projects (“Finalists”) will be notified via email on the day of the public announcement through our newsletter and social media channels. We will also send a short guideline on how to communicate about your shortlisting as Finalist, with a social media banner and some communication examples. You can use this material to promote your nomination and to invite your audience to vote for your project during the Linkedin Public Voting phase.
