Coliving Awards 2022 is now open for submissions

Submissions for Coliving Awards 2022 are now open!

For the second year in a row Coliving Awards will be honouring the most thought-provoking and inspirational leaders of the coliving sector. Last year we launched Coliving Awards with a mission to shed light on the shared living projects that are pushing the boundaries of specialist residential real estate. With the successful launch of Coliving Awards’ first edition, we have been able to gather global interest and enthusiasm towards the initiative. This year we will continue to recognise best-in-class shared living innovations. 

Are you interested in becoming the next global leader in the shared living industry? Submit your project now and become the next leading innovator in your category. Early bird applications are open until the 15th of February for a fee of €99. On the 15th of February 12:00 p.m. CE(S)T we will open the second tier of applications for €149 per submission. The third and last tier of applications will launch on the 21st of March, 12:00 p.m. CE(S)T for €199 per submission. Did you participate in Coliving Awards 2021? You can reapply this year in the same category and also apply to some of our new categories! Coliving Awards 2022 has a wider selection of verticals – 15 categories in total – that celebrate leading coliving innovations and projects. Taking into consideration recent industry developments, we decided to welcome projects within categories like ‘Nomad Coliving’, ‘Senior Coliving’, ‘Emerging Coliving Concepts’, ‘Content & Media’ and ‘Marketplace & Aggregator’ among others. 

The application process this year has been made easier and more seamless than ever. 

Our transparent list of criteria and deliverables can be found in our user-friendly applicant portal – designed with the help of our Founding Partners Spatial Experience and their digital transformation platform Digital Estate – aim to create effortless and stress-free experience for each participant.

To submit a project, applicants will be directed to enter the applicant portal where they can upload all necessary material. Applicants will also be able to submit multiple projects by sending an enquiry to connect@colivingawards.com.

Furthermore, to keep our selection process as transparent and fair as possible, our voting system is built upon three voting power percentages, including the lead judge in each category whose vote accounts for 35%, industry stakeholders and public audience voting on our social media page, whose votes account for 35% and, lastly, a congregation of jury panel votes,  which account for 30%. 

As our main media partner, Coliving Insights will be releasing a special edition to showcase the winning coliving projects and practises of 2022 edition, and highlight partners, jury and other contributors.
