And the nominees of Coliving Awards 2023 are…

Public voting for Coliving Awards 2023 has officially concluded and the Coliving Awards Ceremony is around the corner. Coliving Awards has shared the finalists from all 17 of this year’s unique categories with the opportunity for the public to cast their vote for their favourite projects of 2023. Public votes were open from Monday, 7th of August 2023 and the last poll closed on Wednesday, 23rd of August 2023. They will account for 35% of the final score, along with 35% ruling from the Lead Judge of each category and 30% ruling from the wider Jury Panel.

There has been an incredible amount of outstanding project submissions that represent the ever-increasing evolution of the coliving industry. After two weeks of thoughtful evaluations, our expert Lead Judges chose 2 to 4 finalists for their category, and in some cases 1 to 2 Honourable Mentions.

The following companies have been nominated for Coliving Awards 2023:

ConTech:

This category celebrates professionals driving innovation, revolutionising the building process, enhancing efficiencies, reducing costs, improving safety, and contributing to sustainability and scalability in the construction industry through the development of technological innovations, data analytics platforms, and software.

For the Coliving Awards Edition 2023 we decided to create two separate categories for PropTech and ConTech companies. We were aware it would be an interesting journey to reach specific ConTech that are fully embedded with the shared living / coliving movement. Unfortunately this year the ConTech category does not count any nominations or honourable mentions.

However, in our journey during the application tiers we have been in touch with several international ConTech hubs and the interest is high for next year’s edition, as Coliving Awards serves as a great platform for young, innovative startups to give international visibility to their products.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Lead Judge Joanna Demkow-BartlomΓ© for her support and eagerness to welcome innovative ConTech companies to this year’s Coliving Awards.
