Applications are closed, what’s next?

Submissions for Coliving Awards 2022 late applications are now closed!

Thank you to every company that put in their time to apply and showcase the projects that are shaping the coliving industry. We have received many high-quality applications and got truly inspired by the innovative and creative developments within the current coliving scene. We believe that together we can advocate for better ways of living and fostering thriving and impact-driven coliving communities.

Our team has gone through every application to perform thorough eligibility reviews of all submitted projects. After a project is deemed eligible, it is passed on to our Lead Judges for further evaluation. With their extensive knowledge, expertise and experience, they will review and nominate 2 to 4 finalists per category, who will then be subject to public voting on our LinkedIn page. Lastly, we will run a congregation of Jury Panel votes to select the winning project per category. To keep our selection processes as transparent and fair as possible, we developed a voting system built upon three voting power percentages: the lead judge in each category whose vote accounts for 35%, public voting outcome, which accounts for 35% and, lastly, a congregation of jury panel votes, which account for 30%. 

Apart from sharing best practices, inspiring the next generation of real estate market players with disruptive solutions and gaining more brand and community visibility, the winners of each category get to bring home physical awards.

Did you know that this year’s physical awards have been upgraded with a refined design and production? Each award consists of an engraved wooden stand and glass perspex inserts and will be customized for the winners, judges, partners, and sponsors by engraving the wooden stand with their name.
