And the nominees of Coliving Awards 2022 are…

Public voting for Coliving Awards 2022 has finally begun. Coliving Awards has announced the finalists within 15 unique categories of this year, and has now opened the opportunity for the public to cast their vote for their favourite projects of 2022. Public votes will be open from Wednesday, 25th of May 2022 and will start closing on Wednesday, 8th of June 2022 until closure of the last batch of categories on Friday, 10th of June 2022. They will account for 35% of the final score, along with 35% ruling from the Lead Judge of each category and 30% ruling from the wider Jury Panel. 

We have received an overwhelming amount of high-quality applications that are shaping our industry around the world. After two weeks of careful consideration, our expert Lead Judges chose 2 to 4 finalists for their category, and 1 to 2 Honourable Mentions. As a result, the following companies have been nominated for Coliving Awards 2022:

Our lead judge for this category, Aitana de Jong, also wants to acknowledge the Node Living project by Node and Together Co-Living by GCP Hospitality (Gaw Capital Group) as an Honourable Mention for this category.

PropTech & ConTech:

The Lead Judge of PropTech & ConTech category James Dearsley would also like to acknowledge the HeyHub for Student Housing project by HeyHub as an Honourable Mention for this category.

Marketplace & Aggregator:

The Marketplace & Aggregator category has been added to the awards categories this year, offering the chance to highlight coliving booking and discovery platforms  that are curating and rating coliving spaces according to peer reviews, interests and other innovative features. 

Although we cannot enjoy a fierce competition for this category this year, we hope to inspire relevant companies to craft their positioning for this niche industry and present their outstanding achievements during Coliving Awards 2023.

The Lead Judge of Marketplace & Aggregator category Samuel Vertrak would like to acknowledge the YGL Application by Young Global Living as an Honourable Mention for this category.

Student Coliving:

Nomad Coliving:

Our Lead Judge in this category, Gonçalo Hall, would also like to acknowledge the Chapters project by Baltic Asset Management as an Honourable Mention for this category.

Senior Coliving:

When launching the Senior Coliving category we were aware of the challenge of capturing enough applications and at the same time we consciously strived to inspire and motivate the shared living industry to create more and better living solutions for this sector.

‍

Unfortunately this year the Senior Coliving category does not count any nominations or honourable mentions. However, in our journey during the application tiers we have been in touch with several players that are emerging and working hard to define a product catered to the specific needs of  this audience.
