Student Coliving

The purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and coliving sectors are growing closer and closer together and both models support one another: as students move from their professionally-managed dorms, they want to keep the aspects of sociability and community they got so much out of during their studies. As these students and younger generations evolve their tastes and needs, so should their housing options. This category will showcase those PBSA and student coliving offers that are paving the way for communal living throughout all stages of life.
