We have partnered with the UK-based media platform and digital publication dedicated to the Build to Rent (BTR) sector, BTR News.

BTR News’ mission is to provide an open publication for industry news, information, insights and research, and to promote and encourage collaboration for the future benefit of the BTR sector. ‍

As a close cousin and predecessor to the coliving movement, the BTR sector has quite a lot of similarities when it comes to innovative residential models. We recognise that coliving is following in the footsteps of its older brothers and sisters in the PBSA, BTR, multifamily and hospitality sectors, and that there is a lot of value in exchanging best practices, networks and other resources with leading BTR figures. ‍
