We pursue #11 and #17 sustainability goals as a role model in the residential and hospitality sector, help local authorities to develop the tourist brand. Together with a local official we created the first tourist bike route in Irpin'.
Our coworking space opposite a pine wood is open for neighbours and helps to cut pressure on roads, CO2 exhausts and increases working efficiency as opposed to offices in the capital city. Keeping locals in town we say: You can do more with less! Elena, the owner, is Co-Liv ambassador.
Wellbeing: the house has eleven 30 sq.m. studio flats with a kitchenette. A shared kitchen, a lobby and a coffee point on the ground floor, grill areas and sunbeds, a fireplace in the garden are community meeting points facing a large forest. Potable water from every tap is filtered by a system produced and invented by Ecosoft company located in our town. Orthopedic mattresses were hand-made 8 miles from our house.
